What's Happening At…

Perth-Andover Wesleyan Church, New Brunswick
“God has simply been amazing. We were blessed to have Reverend Sheila McCrea-MacCullum with us on Palm Sunday and Mother's Day. The Lord truly anointed her ministry and the Holy Spirit was very evident in our services. Recently, we held our first children's rally. Pastor Rod Wasson from Moncton Wesleyan was the special speaker. Over the two day event an average of 47 children from grades 3-6 were present. We capped off the children's rally with a special children's service in the morning service. The children participated in the Praise Team and had a drama. I am overjoyed that God has laid it upon lay people's hearts to minister to the children of our area. It has been a great season of ministry in Perth-Andover. We're looking forward to the summer and fall. God Bless ”

Lower Brighton Wesleyan Church, New Brunswick
“We recently completed the 'Contagious Christian' Program. This was well received - and very helpful to the church.
The first Sunday night of each month, we have a '1st Things 1st' Service. We join together to pray for the unsaved people in our families and community. For each unsaved person, we drive a nail into a 6 foot wooden cross; and when they get saved, we tie a red ribbon around that nail.
Two weeks ago, we had a middle-aged man get saved in our morning service. This is very exciting. Yesterday, he told me that he is feeling much better now - in the spiritual sense. As a church, we have a goal of seeing 5 people saved this year.
In keeping with our theme of reaching out, I recently asked for men to volunteer to be a part of a visiting night with me. There were 3 qualified men who stepped forward. For all of these things, I say Praise the Lord!”
